PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen welding/bonding of members of an absorbent article.SOLUTION: An absorbent article (1) has: two first sheet members (31, 32) provided with at least one nonwoven fabric； a first member (30) provided with a first elastic member (35) elastic horizontally； two second sheet members (41, 42) provided with at least one nonwoven fabric； a second member (40) provided with a second elastic member (45) elastic horizontally； and a welding part (SS) welding and bonding end parts on the same side in the horizontal direction of the first member (30) and the second member (40). The absorbent article has a welding area E overlapping the welding part (SS) and an adjacent area N adjacent to the welding area E from inside in the horizontal direction.
