PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional obstetric chair uses arms displaced by an actuator for driving thigh supports, as armrests used by a seated patient, but does not have an arm to be gripped by the patient lying on her back, and it is hard for the patient to be examined and treated in a stable posture.SOLUTION: Thigh supports of an obstetric chair each includes: a tiltable backrest 4 an arm 6 formed with a thigh support mounting portion 6d having a base end 6a pivoted by a pin 5c on the backrest side and a front end mounted with a thigh support 7, and formed integrally with an armrest portion 6b between the base end side and the thigh support mounting portion and an actuator 9 for turning the base end of the arm about the pin. When the thigh supports are closed, the buttocks and thighs of the patient are placed on the thigh supports and the arms of the patient are placed on the arms and when the thigh supports are opened, the thighs of the patient are opened by the thigh supports, and the hands are allowed to grip the arms.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の産婦人科検診台にあっては、股受けを駆動するアクチュエータによって変移するアームを利用して患者が着座状態時の肘掛けとして利用し、また、仰臥状態時に患者が握るためのアームがないため安定した姿勢で診療や施術を受けることが難しかった。【解決手段】 起伏可能な背凭れ4と、基端部6aが背凭れ側のピン5cで軸支され先端に股受け7が取付けられる股受け取付部6dが形成されると共に前記基端部側と前記股受け取付部との間に肘掛け部6bが一体に形成されたアーム6と、前記アームの基端部を前記ピンを支点として回動させるアクチュエータ9とより構成し、前記股受けの閉脚時には該股受けに患者の尻および太股部を乗せ、かつ、前記アームに肘を乗せ、また、前記股受けの開脚時には該股受けによって患者の太股部が開脚され、かつ、前記アームを手で握れるようにした産婦人科検診台の股受け装置である。【選択図】 図2
