PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device capable of improving workability with a simple construction for operation of a standing table.SOLUTION: The device comprises: a treatment tool standing table which is arranged in such a way as can be erected on tip end part of an operation part consecutively arranged on the side of the base edge of an insertion part and guiding treatment tool leaded out from tip end part an operation wire whose one end is connected to the treatment tool standing table and which is inserted into inner section of the insertion part and a standing operation lever which is arranged on the operation part, to which the other end of the operation wire is connected, and makes the treatment tool standing table stand.
