PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baked food product which contains a large amount of soybean protein.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a confectionery-like baked food product which contains a large amount of soybean protein includes the successive steps of mixing a soybean protein material such as separated soybean protein with carbohydrate, adding water thereto to dissolve the mixture through agitation, adding fat thereto while agitating the mixture for emulsification, adding acid thereto while agitating the mixture to make an emulsion, and baking the emulsion.
