PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pruning machine as a grass clipper with a blade for pruning grass at the bottom part of the main body, in which machine: the blade is detachably attached on the main body so as to be detached from the main body upon maintenance, such as exchanging the blade and a blade cover is prevented from deformation so as to make the blade to be hardly disengaged on cam, resulting in excellent operability.SOLUTION: In order to hold the detachable blade 3, an axis part 12a as an attachment onto the main body is arranged on either side of blade cover 12, a hook 16 capable of moving back and forth by virtue of rotation type operating elements is arranged on the other side, and the blade 3 which is attached onto the main body of the tool by hooking the hook 16 on the outer frame of the main body is fixed.
