The present invention relates to a safety filter syringe and, specifically, to a safety filter syringe capable of selecting whether a plunger and an injection needle are combined by a user and filtering foreign substances in an injection liquid at the same time so as to be repeatedly used as required. The safety filter syringe comprises: a needle holder (100) including a support (120) supporting an injection needle (110), and a sleeve (130) combined with the support (120) a cylinder (200) including a chamber (210) where an injection liquid is accommodated while supporting by surrounding an outer circumference of the sleeve (130) of the needle holder (100) and a plunger (300) including a piston (310) to be axially moved inside the cylinder (200). According to the present invention, a stop end (320) is protruding in a radial direction in the plunger (300) a loop type stop projection (131) to be selectively combined according to circumferential directional rotation of the stop end (320) is formed in the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve (130) of the needle holder (100) and a filter unit (400) for filtering foreign substances in an injection liquid is further included inside the support (120).
