As a result, it is possible to suppress inversion inside a cup caused by external impact while in a state of insertion into a cup-shaped container. In addition, it is preferable to also include a step for immersing the entire noodle group into frying oil after the step for ensuring the retention of shape of the bottom end of the floor section of the fried-noodle cluster.
