PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polynucleotide that carries resistance to the chlorosis pathogen of cruciferous plant, usable for selection of cruciferous plants having resistance to the chlorosis pathogen or for preparation of cruciferous plant transformants having resistance to the chlorosis pathogen, a vector comprising the polynucleotide, a transformant transduced with the polynucleotide, a composition comprising at least one of the polynucleotide and the vector, and a method for determining the resistance of cruciferous plants to the chlorosis pathogen, with which determining whether test plants have the resistance to the chlorosis pathogen is easier than the cumbersome pathogen inoculation test and which has reproducibility.SOLUTION: The polynucleotide of the invention is DNA comprising a specified base sequence carrying chlorosis resistance.
