PURPOSE: A machine for a rolled omelet is provided to coat liquid eggs uniformly on a heat plate, to easily roll a cooked omelet by moving a folding module, and to automatically manufacture the rolled omelet by using an automated apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A cooking unit(10) is installed with a heat plate(12) in order to heat liquid eggs. A feeding unit(20) supplies liquid eggs to the cooking unit by moving along the cooking unit. A folding unit(30) rolls the cooked eggs by moving along the heat plate while a folding roller(34) is in a rotating state in order to generate an interference with the cooked eggs. A housing stores liquid eggs and has a discharge hole where the stored liquid eggs are discharged. A moving wheel(21) is installed in the housing and moves along the heat plate. A discharge module discharges a predetermined amount of liquid eggs within the housing to the outside of the housing through the discharge hole. A discharge lever(52) is installed in the housing and rotated. A plunger ascends or descends upon the rotation of the discharge lever to open and close the discharge hole. A moving interference member(39) is mutually interfered with a driving lever(36) to supply a driving force for movement toward the folding unit.본 발명에 따른 계란말이장치는 공급유닛(20)을 통해 히트플레이트(12)의 표면에 액란을 일정하게 도포할 수 있고, 폴딩모듈(30)을 이동시켜 조리된 계란(90)을 용이하게 말 수 있기 때문에 계란말이를 간편하고 신속하게 대량생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
