Disclosed is a portable regenerative fomentation device. To this end, according to the present invention, the regenerative fomentation device comprises: a pack made a soft plastic material and having a liquid material filled in an inner storage chamber； a housing installed in the storage chamber； a heater installed in the housing to be heated at a preset temperature range by external power； a heating member installed at an inlet of the housing and formed with a sealing body to block inflow of the liquid material； a power application member installed in the inner storage chamber from the outside of the pack and connected to the heating member to apply the external power to the heater； and a fixing member holding the housing of the heating member in a state of being floated in the storage chamber of the pack. Accordingly, the liquid material is prevented from being coming into a connection portion between a power member and the heating member which are connected in the pack, and the heating member is floated in the storage chamber of the pack by the fixing member, thereby uniformly heating a surface of the pack through heat exchange by the liquid material.
