PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact water level adjusting device capable of: operating by a mechanical mechanism requiring no manpower and no power supply being installed anywhere on a paddy field and adjusting a water level of the paddy field at a low projecting height from a ridge of the paddy field in a predetermined range.SOLUTION: A water level adjusting device comprises: a water intake port communicating to the side of an irrigation ditch a housing comprising a water supply port a float movable in an approximately vertical direction relative to the inside of the water supply port of the housing an opening/closing lid which opens and closes a fourth water intake port and a rod-like member which connects the float with the opening/closing lid through a rotary shaft which is provided on the surfaces of the float and the opening/closing lid respectively in the inner side of the housing. The water level adjusting device, where the opening/closing lid makes opening/closing operations through the vertical movement of the float, is constituted by joining a member having a long hole in parallel with the opening/closing lid to the surface of the opening/closing lid on the side of the irrigation ditch, and also by joining a frame comprising the water supply port or a frame which can be fixed to the water supply port to a shaft provided protruding to the side of the irrigation ditch in the state of being loosely fitted to the long hole.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 人手や電源を必要とせず、機械的機構のみで作動し、水田の何処にでも設置が可能で、かつ、コンパクトで、水田の畔から突出する高さが低い、水田の水位を一定範囲で調整可能な水位調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】 用水路側に連通してなる取水口と、水田側に連通してなる給水口を備えてなる筐体と、筐体の給水口側の内部に、略鉛直方向に移動可能なフロートと、四取水口を開閉する開閉蓋と、フロートと開閉蓋の筐体内側の面にそれぞれ設けられてなる回動軸を介して、フロートと開閉蓋を接続する棒状部材を有し、フロートの上下動により、開閉蓋が開閉動作する水調整装置において、開閉蓋の用水路側の面に、開閉蓋に平行な長穴を有する部材を接合し、給水口を構成する枠または、前記給水口に固定可能な枠の、用水路側に突出して設けた軸に、長穴に遊嵌した状態で接合した構成とする。【選択図】図1
