PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent for allergic dermatitis that exhibits a relieving action of skin disorder caused by an allergic disease without using a steroidal medicine or with a reduced use amount of a steroidal medicine.SOLUTION: Antibacterial properties, ultraviolet-shielding performance, bloodstream-promoting effects by a body temperature-exciting carrier exhibiting semiconductor characteristics and water-retaining properties by a spontaneous charge of a nanodiamond are utilized. The therapeutic agent contains a semiconductor nanodiamond having an activation energy level of 0.1-1.0 eV and a particle diameter of 5-300 nm in an amount of 0.0005-3.0 wt.% dispersed in or made to adhere to, a solution, an ointment or a fiber.
