PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound with improved adverse effect which can exhibit the same pharmacological action as sunitinib in a living body.SOLUTION: In one or more embodiments in the present invention, there is provided a compound containing sunitinib residue which is covalently bonded to water-soluble non-peptide polymer via a spacer portion including dissociable bond. After dosage to a patient, the dissociable bond between sunitinib residue and water-soluble non-peptide polymer cleaves.
