A limiting unit allows the water storage unit to have predetermined quantity of water at any time. The supply unit includes a clearance (3) formed between the containers over the height of the planting container. The limiting unit includes an overflow unit (5) to preserve the predetermined quantity of water in the water storage unit and to evacuate excess quantity of water. The limiting unit includes a floater to close the supply unit.
