PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an emulsified matter in which the emulsification droplets of an oily component with the small average particle diameter are dispersed into an aqueous component using a small amount of surfactant.SOLUTION: A liquid aqueous component and a liquid oily component including an oil agent being a liquid at 20°C and also including a nonionic surfactant with an HLB of 7 or more by 10 mass% or lower are joined. One or more selected from the aqueous component before the joining, the oily component before the joining and the fluid after the joining are fluidized through pores with a pore diameter of 0.1 to 3 mm to obtain an emulsified matter in which the oily component in which the average particle diameter of the emulsification droplets is 1/100 or lower is dispersed into the aqueous component.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】少量の界面活性剤を用いて、水性成分に平均粒子径が小さい油性成分の乳化液滴が分散した乳化物を製造する。【解決手段】液体の水性成分と、20℃において液体である油剤を含有し且つHLB7以上の非イオン性界面活性剤を10質量%以下含有した液体の油性成分とを合流させる。合流前の水性成分、合流前の油性成分、及び合流後の流体のうち1つ又は2つ以上を、孔径が0.1~3mmの細孔に流通させる。水性成分に乳化液滴の平均粒子径が細孔の孔径の1/100以下である油性成分が分散した乳化物を得る。【選択図】なし
