PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine that is capable of tilting up a driver stand forward with respect to a turning frame and, when used as a work machine for collecting materials, is capable of avoid interference between the winch and the front portion of the driver stand when the driver stand is tilted up, while being able to use a commercially available cheap winch.SOLUTION: A winch device 20 is attached to the front end portion of a revolving frame 6 on the left side of the front working device 4 and on the front side of the driver stand 9. The winch device 20 comprises a winch support device 50 on which a winch 30 is mounted. The winch support device 50 comprises a movable winch mounting base 70 that allows the winch 30 to move to a normal position and an evacuation position.
