A method (50) of producing a live aquaculture feed is provided. The method includes providing (52) a plurality of cysts having a catalyst on a surface thereof, incubating (54) the cysts in a liquid medium to hatch a portion of the cysts and release a plurality of live food organisms, reacting (58) the catalyst on the surface of the cysts with a gas-producing reagent to generate a plurality of bubbles that cause unhatched cysts and cyst shells to surface, and separating (60) the live food organisms from the unhatched cysts and the cyst shells that surface.L'invention concerne un procédé (50) de production d'un aliment vivant pour l'aquaculture.
