The present invention relates to a graft material derived from mammalian cartilage. The graft material according to the present invention has significantly lowered risk by eliminating antigenicity, pathogen and cytotoxicity through multi-step processing treatments and inactivating all kinds of pathogens without affecting biomechanics and tissue reconstruction performance.
