PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion assisting tool with excellent operability capable of easily capturing a uterine os.SOLUTION: This intrauterine insertion assisting tool 1 includes a body 2, and a first fixing means 3 positioning a tip part of the body 2 to a uterine os in a state that the body 2 is inserted in a vagina. The first fixing means 3 has: linear or strip-like first fixing parts 31 provided in the tip part of the body 2 and a first changeover means changing over between a state that the first fixing parts 31 project from the body 2 and a state that the first fixing parts 31 evacuate in the body 2.
