PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress interference of a fixing belt when not in use by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fixing belt 20 includes an attaching part 22 attached to a floor face 14 of a platform 10, a belt body 26 extending from the attaching part 22, and a hooking part 28 provided to the belt body 26. When the hooking part 28 is latched to a wheelchair placed on the floor face 14, the wheelchair is fixed onto the floor face 14. An energizing mechanism 30 is attached to the platform 10, and connected to the fixing belt 20 so as to energize the fixing belt 20 toward the retracting position on the floor face 14.
