The section shape steel framed structure parts are stacked in multi-layers in order to have a support space in both ends thereof and are equipped with a pair of penetration parts(26), a first coupling frame(21), a first channel forming frame(22), a second coupling frame, a second channel forming frame, and a top skeleton. The block body is arranged in the support space.
