A 5 reciprocating-cutter is mounted to the support-frame and is configured to be operated by the engine. A blowing-device is located on the support-frame and is also activated by the engine. The support-frame is moulded from carbon-fibre in order to facilitate manual operation. The carbon-fibre moulding has a base-plate 1002 extending between a left-end-plate 1001 10 and a right-end-plate 901. A leading-upper-box-section 803 and a trailingupper-box-section 804 are located between the left-end-plate and the rightend-plate.
