PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the decline of excreta holding capacity by maintaining the internal space of the front pocket and the rear pocket of an absorbent article.
SOLUTION: In the absorbent article 1, the front pocket 26 and the rear pocket 27 are formed between a front absorbent body 21 and a rear absorbent body 22 and a back sheet 23. Then, a pair of front core side parts 2124 are abutted to the back sheet 23 in the front pocket 26, the rear absorbent body 22 is supported by a pair of core support members 24 in the rear pocket 27, and thus the separation of the front absorbent body 21 and the rear absorbent body 22 and the back sheet 23 is secured. As a result, the internal space of the front pocket 26 and the rear pocket 27 is maintained and the decline of the excreta holding capacity is suppressed. Also, since a distance between the rear absorbent body 22 and the back sheet 23 is made larger than a distance between the front absorbent body 21 and the back sheet 23, the excreta is surely held while the increase of the thickness of the entire absorbent article 1 is suppressed.
