PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent processing efficiency from decreasing due to a fault.SOLUTION: A main storage circuit 16 stores a function/resource association table 161 and a resource use status table 162. The function/resource association table 161 is a table which associates a processing function of each of a plurality of medical image diagnostic apparatuses 3 with resource information on a hardware resource required for the processing function. The resource use status table 162 is a table which registers use status information on hardware resources owned by each of the plurality of medical image diagnostic apparatuses 3. A communication circuit 13 receives a fault notice of a fault device of the plurality of medical image diagnostic apparatuses 3. A CPU11 determines a substitution device which executes an unrecoverable function, substituting for the fault device by using the function/resource association table 161 and the resource use status table 162.
