The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that at least three of R-R are selected from SOH or POH. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that at least four of the R-R are selected from SOH or POH. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that at least five of R-R are selected from SOH or POH. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that R-R are selected from SOH or POH. A dry powder pharmaceutical composition containing (i) a compound of formula I and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts R, R, R, R, R and R are independently selected from the group consisting of H, SOH or POH, provided that at least two of R-R selected from SOH or POH. 7. A pharmaceutical composition suitable for nebulization comprising (i) a compound of formula II and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R, R, R and R are independently selected from the group consisting of H, SOH or POH； R is selected from SOH or POH； and (ii) an agent for delivery. 8.
