The present invention relates to an air cushion with a built-in sterilization lamp. In particular, the air cushion includes a sterilization lamp installed on a puff tray to enable convenient sterilization and storage of a contaminated puff, thereby resolving the problem of a conventional air cushion wherein a puff tray and a puff become contaminated such that the puff requires frequent washing. According to the present invention, the air cushion comprises: a cushion sponge stopper formed in a circular shape to prevent moisture in a foundation solution from evaporating a sterilization lamp formed in a cylindrical shape to sterilize a puff with far-infrared rays, and a power button configured to turn the sterilization lamp on/off a detachable hair comb which is formed in a semicircular shape to enable a portable hair comb to be stored on the outer wall of a vessel and to be used together during makeup application an infrared lamp on/off switch which is in a bilaterally symmetrical shape to control the operation of the lamp and attached in a manner convenient to manipulate a silicone case which is in the form of a thin membrane in a cylindrical case to prevent breakage of an air cushion cosmetic product and leakage of contents and a comb storage housing which is disposed at a lower end part to store a comb inside the cosmetic product and is in a size convenient to be grabbed by hand.
