Disclosed is a method for impregnating an air cushion cosmetic product with a cosmetic composition, wherein the air cushion cosmetic product can continuously maintain moistness at the time of makeup by containing a large amount of moisture used in the cosmetic composition. The method for impregnating an air cushion cosmetic product with a cosmetic composition according to the present invention comprises the steps of: a) providing a cosmetic composition impregnation member which is composed of an upper cushion with a semi-sphere shape and a lower cushion corresponding to the semi-sphere shape, and has a half moon-shaped cross section by mutually joining the upper cushion and the lower cushion； b) impregnating the lower cushion with a Cedrela sinensis bud extract powder and a liquid-phase functional material； c) joining edges of the upper cushion and the lower cushion using heat-joining press molding； and d) injecting a cosmetic composition into the cosmetic impregnation member. Therefore, the present invention can be applied to formulate various cosmetic products, and can continuously maintain moistness at the time of makeup by containing a large amount of moisture.
