The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing citrus oil and a method for producing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having a citrus oil added to a lip balm mainly made of shea butter to improve skin moisturization and applicability, and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, a small amount of citrus oil may be added to the shea butter lip balm to improve the retention of moisture and oil of the skin as well as to lower the viscosity of the lip balm to improve the applicability.본 발명은 감귤오일을 함유하는 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 발명으로, 더욱 상세하게는 시어버터를 주재료로 하는 립밤에 감귤오일을 첨가하여 피부 보습성 및 발림성을 향상시킨 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 발명이다.본 발명은 시어버터 립밤에 감귤오일을 소량 첨가하여 피부의 수분 및 유분의 유지력을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 립밤의 점도를 낮추어 발림성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
