PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article enhanced in the surface shape stability of a region of the excretion part of a wearer when being worn and excellent in the adhesion to the excretion part of the wearer.
SOLUTION: A pair of first grooves 71, which are curved outward in the width direction of the region A of the excretion part on a plan view, are formed on both sides of the region A of the excretion part and a pair of second grooves 72, which are curved outward in the width direction on the plan view, are formed outside the grooves 71 in the width direction while a pair of third grooves 73 not connected to both grooves 71 and 72 are formed on both respective sides of a front region B and a rear region C. The number of the grooves is made most in the boundary regions D and E with the region A of the excretion part A and the respective front and rear regions B and C and made least in the parts near to the boundary regions D and E of the respective front and rear regions B and C. The second grooves 72 are made smaller in curved degree than the first grooves 71 and the spaced-apart distances L1 between the second and first grooves 72 and 71 in the width direction of the absorbent article are increased as it directs outward in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article.
