PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil turning device allowing a user to easily perform soil-turning-blade sticking work and soil turning work only by stepping-on motion of a worker's foot, with the worker keeping a substantially standing posture, without bending the back and configured not to occupy an extra space in storage.SOLUTION: The soil turning device comprises a handle part 20, and a soil turning part 10 rotationally journaled to a tip end of the handle 20.
