The medical flexible section (1) includes an operation ring (5) configured to change bendability of an insertion section (2) constituted of the outer tube body (7) and the inner tube body (6) by rotating the inner tube body (6) in a periaxial direction with respect to the outer tube body (7) to adjust a relative positional relationship between the first bend allowing section (8) and the second bend allowing section (12).
