The present invention relates to a solid starter inoculating device, which stores a starter, and inoculates the starter from a storage tank to a culture vessel. The solid starter inoculating device of the present invention comprises: a storage tank having an opened lower portion； a distribution device installed to close the opened lower portion of the storage tank, and collecting and distributing the proper amount of a starter from the storage tank； a lid attachment/detachment device installed on one side of the distribution device to attach and detach lids of culture vessels； and a transfer means for placing the culture vessels loaded on a box with an opened upper portion on a lower portion of the lid attachment/detachment device. When the lids of the culture vessels are detached by the lid attachment/detachment device, the starter is inoculated in the culture vessels from the distribution device.
