PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating seed from fruit is provided to clearly remove seed located in the center in a speedy way. CONSTITUTION: A jig(13) is combined to a conveyor and formed with at least one receiving hole(131) where fruit is contained. An inlet part put fruit into the receiving hole. A removing unit separates seed and flesh by punching the center of fruit contained in the receiving hole with a pin. A control unit controls the operation of a transport unit and the removing unit. An impact part applies impact to the jig inclined to be inverted. A housing(31) is installed on the moving route of the jig. A driving plate(33) is connected to a piston rod of an actuator and elevates. A cylinder member(331) is installed on the surface of the driving plate, wherein the cylinder member is equipped in inside with an elastic member(333) elastically supports a piston(332). A upper lid(34) is combined to the driving plate in order to enable to be elevated. The pin is protruded from the driving plate to be corresponded to the receiving hole, and able to penetrate the upper lid.본 발명은 씨를 함유하는 과실에서 과육과 씨를 분리하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 실시예로, 중심부에 씨를 과육이 둘러싸고 있는 과일에서 씨를 제거하기 위한 것으로, 무한 회전하는 컨베이어벨트와, 상기 컨베이어에 결합되어 있으며 상기 과일이 담기는 적어도 하나의 수용홀이 형성된 지그들을 포함한 이송부, 상기 수용홀에 과일이 담기게 하는 투입부, 상기 지그의 상면을 상부덮개로 덮어 상기 과일을 상기 지그와 상부덮개가 형성하는 내부 공간에 가둔 상태에서, 핀으로 상기 수용홀에 담긴 과일의 중앙을 관통시켜 과육과 씨를 분리시키는 제거부 및 상기 이송부와 상기 제거부의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과육과 씨의 분리장치를 제시한다.
