PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermoplastic polyester resin foam particles capable of obtaining a foam molding excellent both in heat resistance and mechanical strength.SOLUTION: There is provided thermoplastic polyester resin foam particles which is obtained by foaming a thermoplastic polyester resin material containing a polyethylene phthalate and a polyethylene terephthalate, wherein a crystallization peak appears in the DSC curve obtained by using the foam particles, and in the DSC curve, the crystallization heat quantity determined from the area of the crystallization peak is 20 mJ/mg or more and the semi-crystallization time at 120°C of the foam particles is 180 seconds or more and 1000 seconds or less.
