PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermoplastic resin foamed particles excellent in fillability into a mold.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin foamed particles are composed of foamed particles obtained by foaming particles containing a thermoplastic resin and a foaming agent, and has a particle size distribution satisfying following (d) to (f). (d) All particles pass through a sieve with a nominal mesh opening of 16.0 mm, in JIS standard sieve (defined by JIS Z8801-1:2000), and do not pass a sieve with a nominal mesh opening of 0.355 mm. (e) The coefficient of variation (CV value) of the particle size distribution obtained from the mass ratio of the particles in each particle diameter range sieved by JIS standard sieve is 1-15%. (f) When sieved by JIS standard sieves, the mass ratio of the particles in the particle diameter range smaller by two steps than the particle diameter range, where the mass ratio of the particles is highest, is 0.3-10 mass%.
