PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label for syringes easily opened along a perforated part, and a medicinal solution refill syringe using the label.SOLUTION: A peripheral surface of a protrusion 103a of a plug cap 103 is pressed from the outside to the inside direction (an arrow direction) at a relatively upper part of a designed break line 2. The plug cap 103 is obliquely pressed down by the principle of leverage, with a circumferential opposite side (a rearward side) of a working point side (a front side) of the pressing force PW used as a fulcrum P of a lever, so that the perforated part is fractured by flexure of a flexible plug cap 103.
