The present invention relates to an asexual propagation method of Korean fir by interspecific grafting, and more specifically, to an asexual propagation method of Korean fir by interspecific grafting, the method comprising the steps of: performing grafting using fir as a rootstock and a branch of Korean fir as a scion; wrapping and binding the grafted tree and the rootstock using a film; installing a vinyl greenhouse on the grafted tree to maintain the humidity, after grafting; removing the vinyl greenhouse after the mid-June, and then removing branches coming from the rootstock (fir); raising the seedling of objects, which are successful in grafting, for 2 years in the vinyl greenhouse; and transplanting the seedling outside, and performing an acclimation procedure. The grafting technology of the present invention has a high grafting success rate of Korean fir, and thus can propagate and conserve superior objects of Korean fir.
