PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument capable of appropriately closing an incision of an eyeball.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion instrument for inserting an intraocular lens into the inside of an eyeball from an incision formed in the eyeball includes an insertion part 20 having an opening for inserting an intraocular lens into the inside of the eyeball at the tip, and a pressing member 24 having a pressing part 42 to be pressed against the incision. The pressing member can be removed from the insertion part.
