PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument which is compatible with incisions of different dimensions.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion instrument 1A includes an insertion tube part 7A for inserting a foldable intraocular lens 8 by folding it. The insertion tube part 7A is equipped with cutting position display parts 15A, 16A at which the insertion tube part is cut in accordance with the dimension of the incision.
