The present invention is concerned with a method and system for guiding a radiation therapy system. The method comprises: capturing an image of a target area to which radiation is to be delivered； analysing the image with a trained convolutional neural network to determine the position of one or more objects of interest present in the target area； and outputting the determined position/s to the radiation therapy system.La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de guidage d'un système de radiothérapie. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à capturer une image d'une zone cible à laquelle un rayonnement doit être appliqué ； à analyser l'image à l'aide d'un réseau neuronal à convolution entraîné, afin de déterminer la position d'un ou de plusieurs objets d'intérêt présents dans la zone cible ； et à fournir la ou les positions déterminées au système de radiothérapie.
