The present invention relates to a water jet type oral cleaner and, more specifically, to a water jet type oral cleaner having a structure of being easily attachable to and detachable from a faucet installed in a house to be easy to adjust water pressure and temperature, and being switched between a direct jet mode and a general jet mode to be able to maintain cleanness of an overall oral cavity as well as to remove foreign materials between teeth. The present invention provides the water jet oral cleaner which can jet cleaning water into the oral cavity to remove the foreign materials between the teeth, comprising: a faucet connection part installed at a spout of a faucet； a body part formed in a shape grippable with a hand and provided with a water movement passageway formed therein wherein one end of the water movement passageway communicates with the faucet connection part via a connection hose； a jet nozzle part connected to the body part to communicate with the other end of the water movement passageway so that cleaning water discharged from the faucet passes through the faucet connection part and the body part sequentially to be jetted to the outside. The body part has a first flow path and a second flow path on the other end of the water movement passageway and more includes a mode manipulation part which can open and close the first flow path or the second flow path as manipulated by a user.
