A main housing with the opened top is formed with a reservoir(114) for storing water in an internal space(112), and multiple efflux holes(117a,117b) connected to the reservoir for water supply or drain in the side. A supporting board(140) supports the planting mesh frame to the higher position than the reservoir from the main floor of the main housing. A water transport(150) forms a water supply path moving water stored in the reservoir to inside of the planting mesh frames by the capillary phenomena. A water level indicator(170) is equipped to visualize the reservoir level to outside of the main housing according to the water level of the water stored in the reservoir of the main housing. An inner planting mesh frame(121) is equipped with a first insertion hole(123) where the water transport is inserted into a first bottom(121b) of a first inner space. An outer planting mesh frame(126) is equipped with a second insertion hole where the water transport is inserted into a second bottom of a second inner space, and multiple second ventilation holes smaller than the second insertion hole. The space between the inner and outer planting mesh frames is filled with porous light sintered bodies. The efflux hole for water supply of the main housing is formed with a connection pipe(118) extended from the main housing to the outside.
