PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning control technique enabling efficient positioning control.SOLUTION: First detection sections detect the position of a reference point in a positioning object (11) on the basis of a deformation state of a first support section for supporting the positioning object so that position and direction can be changed. Second detection sections detect the direction of the positioning object on the basis of the deformation state of the first support section. Acquisition sections acquire a target position which the reference point is to reach and a target direction which the positioning object is to direct at the target position. First allowable sections set a movable range (81) including a straight line for connecting the position of the reference point and the target position and allow the movement of the positioning object in which the reference point is not out of the movable range, of the movements of the positioning object.
