The invention relates to a method for producing parental lines for a hybrid organism. This method is based on the segregation of individual alleles in the spores produced by a desired plant and/or in the progeny derived from the self-pollination of that desired plant, and on the subsequent identification of suitable progeny plants in one generation, or in a limited number of inbred cycles. The invention further relates to a method for reconstructing a partially heterozygous starting organism.L'invention concerne un procédé de production de lignées parentales pour un organisme hybride. Ce procédé repose sur la ségrégation d'allèles individuels dans les spores produits par une plante désirée et/ou dans la descendance dérivée de l'auto-pollinisation de cette plante désirée, et sur l'identification consécutive de plantes descendantes appropriées dans une génération, ou dans un nombre limité de cycles d'autofécondation. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de reconstruction d'un organisme de départ partiellement hétérozygote.
