PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substitute scraping work machine capable of appropriately treating mud passing around a second ground plane plate and leveling the soil and mud. SOLUTION: A puddling work machine 1 has a soil crushing portion 3 that crushes soil and mud by rotationally driving, a cover body 4 that covers the upper part of the soil crushing portion 3, and a rear end portion of the cover body 4 in the vertical direction. A first ground leveling body 51 that is rotatable and a second ground leveling body 56 that is rotatable in the vertical direction are provided at the rear end of the first leveling body 51. Further, a plurality of the second ground leveling bodies 56 are provided in the lower part on the front side, the front side is recessed on the upper side of the second leveling body 56, and the soil is crushed by inclining toward the lower surface side of the second leveling body 56 toward the rear side. It is provided with a plurality of guide portions 6 for guiding the soil and mud soil downward. Further, at least one of the plurality of guide portions 6 is inclined with respect to the front-rear direction of the second leveling body 56.
