PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horticultural soil-loosening apparatus that can separate soil from roots and take out the soil.SOLUTION: The horticultural soil-loosening apparatus includes a sieve body placed on the lower side and a lid body placed to cover the sieve body on the upper side. The sieve body and the lid body are rotated or reciprocatively moved to each other, or a rotary arm placed in a loosening space between the sieve and the lid is rotated.
