PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horticultural soil-loosening apparatus that can separate soil from roots and take out the soil. SOLUTION: The horticultural soil-loosening apparatus includes a sieve body placed on the lower side and a lid body placed to cover the sieve body on the upper side. The sieve body and the lid body are rotated or reciprocatively moved to each other, or a rotary arm placed in a loosening space between the sieve and the lid is rotated. Soil aggregates are rubbed with loosening and crushing blades having on the sieve or the lid body therebetween; thereby the soil aggregates can be loosened and finely crushed.
