The present invention relates to a clip applier for a surgical operation, comprising: a clip head part having a clip mounted thereon for clipping and comprising two claws a body part formed by combining and fixing two rods that fold at a predetermined angle with the respective claws and extend and a handle part comprising two legs that intersect with the respective rods of the body part to connect thereto, wherein either of the legs rotates on a hinge.
