PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of acquiring an image having high contrast, in a photoacoustic tomography using a contrast medium.SOLUTION: An analyte information acquisition device comprises: a light source acoustic wave detection means for receiving an acoustic wave which is generated when light from the light source is radiated to an analyte containing a contrast medium, and converting the acoustic wave into an electric signal contrast medium-derived signal detection means for detecting a contrast medium-derived signal derived from the contrast medium contained in the analyte from the analyte and processing means. The processing means acquires density information of the contrast medium in the analyte, and uses at least one of the electric signal which is converted from the acoustic wave which is received when the density information is lower than a prescribed first threshold, and the contrast medium-derived signal which is obtained when the density information is lower than the first threshold, for determining that image data for indicating distribution of the contrast medium in the analyte can be produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】造影剤を用いた光音響トモグラフィーにおいて、コントラストの高い画像を取得できる装置を提供する。【解決手段】光源と、光源からの光が造影剤を含む被検体に照射されたときに発生する音響波を受信して電気信号に変換する音響波検出手段と、被検体に含まれる造影剤に由来する造影剤由来信号を被検体から検出する造影剤由来信号検出手段と、処理手段を有し、処理手段は、被検体内部の造影剤の濃度情報を取得し、濃度情報が所定の第一の閾値よりも低いときに受信された音響波から変換された電気信号と、濃度情報が第一の閾値よりも低いときに得られた造影剤由来信号の少なくともいずれかを用いて、被検体内部の造影剤の分布を示す画像データを生成することが可能だと判定する被検体情報取得装置を用いる。【選択図】図5
