PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper diaper for a pet which is easily applied to a pet and coping with various thicknesses of tails.SOLUTION: This paper diaper 1 for a pet includes a body part 10 having a ventral region side part 11 located near the ventral region of the pet and a buttock side part 12 located near the buttocks, a pair of right and left tape parts 20, 20 projecting from both side ends in the width direction of the ventral region side part 11, and a target part 30 provided on the outer surface of the buttock side part 12, where the tape parts 20, 20 are removably locked, wherein a tail hole 40 for passing the tail of the pet is opened in the body part 10.
